It’s almost that time of year again! GRADE NINE MUSIC RETREAT! What an exciting event. I mean, spending two days at Jackson’s Point, with all your friends, out of school, having fun! How can you go wrong? Not only will you get time to practise as a band and improve your skills, but you also have a lot of social time, so that maybe you can impress that little cutie from across the band! You’ll get to take part in sectionals, and full band practises, as well as, watch professional musicians, team building games J, an evening activity, and maybe a few surprises along the way! Its an amazing two day event, you’ll get to meet tons of new people, and have SO MUCH FUN! Now of course there will be some of you dreading going to this “lame” event, but it is NOTHING of the sort. Its just like being at camp, except with people you already know! You eat in a dining hall, bunk with your best friend, and meet lots of new people! Its one of the best events of the whole year, and its specially for you guys! So BE EXCITED! J We can’t wait to see you all there!
